We are proud to bring you SōLIS at affordable prices, backed by exceptional customer support.

SPECTRA has supplied products to every major retailer in the United States and to dealers and distributors around the globe. The company’s success is based on a track record of product excellence and exceptional customer service to dealers and end users. SōLIS products are designed and engineered by SPECTRA’s in-house product development teams in Chicago and Hong Kong. SPECTRA’s Quality Assurance teams inspect production on-site to ensure the quality and reliability of every unit and to confirm that each product conforms to all safety and regulation requirements worldwide.

SPECTRA’s Chicago-based customer service department brings the person-to-person touch to answering end-user and retailer questions and concerns. Every email is answered, every phone call returned. Unlike a lot of companies today, nothing is “outsourced” at SPECTRA. It is all done in house, under the direction of the SPECTRA management team.
