SŌLIS Audio accepts PayPal and all major credit cards. Your security and identity is very important to us. All payment information transmitted to our website is encrypted using the latest SSL security.
Shipping
SŌLIS Audio offers free UPS Ground shipping to addresses located in the contiguous U.S. 48 states. A valid U.S. street address must be provided (no APO, FPO OR PO Boxes). Expedited service and shipments to places outside of the contiguous U.S. is not available at this time.
Tracking
Orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt. Once an order is shipped, an email will be sent with a link to track your order and will also include your UPS tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges
NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from solisaudio.com, we will issue a full refund or exchange provided that we receive your item within 30 days of receipt of your original order.
The item(s) must be returned in original condition and with the original packaging. All accessories such as a remote, user guide, cable, etc. must also be included. Items returned after 30 days, received in unsellable condition or missing accessories are subject to refund deductions up to and including the full cost of the unit. If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will provide an exchange at no cost to you. Whether you request an exchange or full refund, SŌLIS Audio will pay the freight for orders returned within 30 days of the original order receipt date.
